Our Programme provides you with a range of options for storage and retreval of documents, including our Security Vault service for sensitive or business critical documents, and our Deep Store Archive for the most cost effective storage, so you can select the solution which best meets your needs.

Retrieval options include a one hour Express service, our Scan on Demand™ service where your files are located in our warehouse and dispatched online directly to your PC, and an emergency 24/7 retrieval service.

For documents that are no longer required, we provide a Secure Document Shredding service so you can be sure that your confidential waste is being disposed of securely. Documents can be retrieved directly from the shelves in our store, or we can collect them from your offices.

Data Tape Storage

It's not just documents that we can store, we can also provide secure storage for your data tapes and other digital media. Our fireproof vault has a data tape facility and we can collect and deliver your data tapes daily or weekly keeping a computer log. We provide the same retrieval options as our Document Storage, including emergency 24/7 access.

In addition, you will get ongoing support and training whenever you need it from our Help Desk.
