Your personal Account Manager
From the first meeting we work in partnership with you to select exactly the service you require from our programme. We assign a personal Account Manager to oversee the delivery of your services and maintain close contact with you. Your Account Manager is readily available on a daily basis.
We ensure that all members of our team know your exact requirements and they will also feed back any extra needs observed so that we can continually improve our performance to you.
Site Visits
Regular visits to your site ensures that our service continues to meet your changing needs and not only are we there to help you when you need new services, we will actually help you manage the change. We will provide all training required for new services or software on a continuing basis and we are always available via our dedicated help line number.
Quality Assurance
Our quality assurance programme is well established and our performance is externally audited by BVQI under ISO 9001:2000, the BAR, and FIDI FAIM. You are welcome to join with us in the quality programme. We have written special procedures for individual client’s document management where specific security or auditing is required.
Additonal Resources
